Look at the dates they always updated shareholder before the promised dates IMO

1/20 "The closing for the purchase of this property is expected to occur on or before January 31, 2015"

1/30 "Medican expects to close on the transaction no later than February 18, 2015."

2/18 "Both parties are aggressively working together to close on or before March 31, 2015."

2/25 "The transaction is planned for closure by the end of the first quarter of 2015."
