Just look at the recent history of this company. They DOUBLED the shares from 4.5 BILLION up to 9 BILLION. At the time they did this, there was already a letter of approval for a Reverse Split (dated November 2014)!! So as soon as the shares doubled to 9 BILLION, BOOM Reverse split and shareholders are left broken. I contacted the SEC without resolution. If enough shareholders contact the SEC or FINRA, there is a small chance they will take action against this THIEF! This will NO DOUBT drop to its REAL VALUE... .0001- NO BID. Amazing this is legal. Nothing in place to stop this company from rinse and repeating! BUYER BEWARE.
By the way... Scottrade holds PMCMD as a SELL ONLY. They will not allow anyone to buy this SCAM. Thank god they allow one to SELL their shares... oh yeah... WHAT FEW SHARES THEY HAVE LEFT!
