No its conversion is .03 pre split or .45 post.

Also the note was just amended this month and has not been converted unless it was the first few days post split

There is one note that is 13m convertible at .05 , that's about 12m shares and then also the warrant for 226m shares (pre split ) convertible at .03.

So approx 27m shares possible for conversion with both notes
