I agree with this post, Rich. I'm cautiously hopeful that Shea does something good and real. That being said, you guys NEED to be concerned, worried, and flat out PISSED OFF at how Mittleman and Lovito have ripped you guys off and are PLANNING to continue ripping you guys off.

I have a massive due diligence post coming out tomorrow on Mittleman. It's ugly and I've spent the better part of today assembling it.
