No need for that...there's a very real typo that DOES say 450,000,000. I doubt that they'll file an amendment to fix it, but you weren't seeing things. The language appears in two places. It's right in one but wrong in the other.
BTW, those numbers deal with outstanding vs authorized shares. There are 300,000,000 common A shares authorized according to the latest filing.
