Indeed very interesting! I wonder who these "unrelated parties" is, I guess Nisse could be one of them, or do you think they have to be US-based? Should be some 2 million shares as collateral then? Beats the EC by eons anyway :-)!!

This looks like extremely good terms: Interest Rate: 3.5% per annum for Loan 1; 5% per annum on Loan 2, payable quarterly.

This is really really good news! We must have this in a press release.

If Fredrik Danielsson just could be in an interview in a Swedish newspaper and let people know that he has invested his fortune in this company an that Arctic and Burnham is supporting SIAF with low interest loans. Nordic people would climb over each other to invest in this company if they just knew!
