Mom and pop can build a raise to mine the gold but an actual gold mining company couldn't??

First what mining company has tried? Oh nbri thats a share selling company.I spoke to the mine care taker/Geo services years back and he told me ruby was a small mine.We all know longs are getting sluiced here.Lets just keep it real...imo...imo GO NBRI $$$$$$$
