Yup just shows you once again Ed is not shareholder friendly and investing or "gambling" with him ends in complete disaster for peoples money.
I have never been able to find a single company where Ed brought any value to shareholders. All I am able to find are companies where Ed lived off dilution like hes doing to shareholders at SEGI.
I'm guessing Blackbridge Capital, LLC (a known toxic financer) still has about 70mm of their 93mm February 13th tranche that they received below 0.0001 to sell.
