JTOM: If I understand BBB correctly, the SEC Attorney is Grifco's SEC attorney. If that is true, then he/his firm is also your SEC attorney for Grifco matters. His name was referenced in a previous news release from Dial.
Findout yourself if he is fact or fiction. Call him and ask the questions. And do not forget to appologize to BBB if he was correct.

. . . do NOT rely on the letter of the law in so much as they rely on precedents -- judgements or rulings based on previous legal experience. By the way, I don't have any SEC attorney, but GFCI does.
