introduced that will BUILD CAPITAL reserves for the GSE's

that means STOPPING the SWEEP ... to me anyway :-) :-) :-)

what do you think the mkts reaction will be

to ending the swipe /sweep ?? ..... $$$$$$ KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM !
