They are stuck with their shares and management will have to do something concert in order for the PPS to rise and allow the toxic shares to be sold to the market.
In other words , if this runs again and the r/s is denied. We will see a nice increase from .0001, but probably won't see anything above .0010 since millions of shares will be dumped as fast as they are bought up by new shareholders thinking something great is happening (aka pump and dump / short term promo).
Tricky situation for us and them. Hope that kinda helps out.
