A JV partner would need to repair a 60 foot raise to begin commercial production.

The ground is to unstable thats why the raises keep failing.Ruby is a mom and pop mine.....soon it will be back in the hands of a private mom and pop operation.Maybe leo will be the pop and tangiers the mom??

But they wont be getting a JV because any mining company worth having a JV with would not touch a mine with no resources
