My view is that the suit is a distraction that is mostly dan's personal issue, so it's frustrating to see that overshadow the work being done.
I think we're basically a site visit away from a completed NI report, so it should be "any day now" for that report to be ready. Obviously, it will not show NI compliant "indicated or better" resources, but it is required to contain all of the work done to date on the project.
Recall that the previous report from Chance was done in 2010, so it predates the 2 chinese deals and the houston research. So, I'm thinking that we will hopefully get more information and details about the houston research and the SOE testing. If not results, then at least a better understanding of the purpose.
I think the focus by the message boards has been on the distraction and the resource estimate, but the metallurgy is what I think can separate us from the competition.
