Great. So Jerry did not lose any XNRG money on this venture with the scammers FILKAS.

Not that there is any equity left to blow in XNRG from my observations. The ultra late Q3 2014 could shine light on the fiscal condition at that juncture but it is being repressed for some odd reason.

And it is not because it is being audited. 10-Q's are not required to be audited, ever.

So the official company line is both Jerry and Idira and the private investors brought into this mess all got scammed by FILKAS?

How did Jerry's research company affiliate miss this coming in the course of their due diligence?

I thought Research was their specialty.
