It is a pinksheet company. There are no SEC requirements for annual meetings for companies trading on the pinks. In fact, pinksheets are not even required to file with the SEC. You are attempting to apply a standard to this stock that does not exist. If you are hoping for an annual meeting, you will be disappointed.
I've been here for 2 years and I've never heard the words Annual Shareholders Meeting come out of Victor's mouth. Don't hold your breath - it could be harmful to your health.
