It's good to be sceptical but, for now, it's the best information we have. We won't know how accurate the estimates are until the first few stores have been in business for a while. I wouldn't expect that all stores would be able to meet the projections but some will probably exceed them and the numbers should be adjusted periodically to reflect actual performance metrics.
