Glad they chose an IP firm rather than one focusing on damages. Nissan will flush $100 million or more in R&D down the toilet if they don't license GOSY prior art IMO.

My reading of the PR's is that Spencer had something that Nissan didn't have, but Nissan had nothing on GOSY.
