IM thinking a buyback is is place, in not seeing dilution, every time 1s got soaked, the ask ar 2 dropped..retail.. If the float was even 3.5b, there would be alot more than 200m asking @2.. Imo..

Dominic3, with your ITCJ DD...

I believe your ITCJ due diligence (DD) is spot on. I think more just might be about to transpire from behind the scenes. It looks like they have a plan and temporarily had the brakes put on. Only speculation, but it looks like the move to the new Transfer Agent (TA) and the new increase in share structure was created to gain the controlling interest to be able to decrease the share structure like how it was recently insinuated.

It's still early with ITCJ and since I've been waiting this long, I have no problem to continue waiting to see what will materialize as I suspect that with what is known, something is beginning to happen for positive reasons.

This is true, Interwest Transfer is not the TA any longer it is Pacific Stock Transfer Agent.

That is the correct SS in the billions per Pacific Stock and OTC Markets stated that what they have on their website can only be updated by Amy Lawrence which is no longer with the old defunct cross bones ticker and that OTC Markets will update the SS per the TA which again is in the billions. Seems like a scam with a fake PR and fake SS is causing the stir. By the way the float is not gagged as all you have to do is subtract the restricted from the OS which is 2.7B.

Again anyone can call both TA and OTC Markets and they will tell you the same. Congrats to those who bought at .0001 and got out at 2.

Remember this isnt the first time that this has happened hence caveat emptor. Always do your DD.
