Lol a pump with a fake PR and someone updated OTC markets with a fake SS which anyone can submit an update for.

No PR news wire picked it up. None. A self typed uploaded document on a public site is the source which didnt have the safe harbor statement on it and the time zone is UTC??? What is that the Carribean lol. Im sure we have all seen plenty of fake PR's in the OTC.
