That sounds about right.....90%.
Truth be told, the vast majority of the stocks that trade on the lower tiers of the OTC(Pink limited, Caveat Emptor, Grey Market, etc..)don't even file earnings. It's rare to find a Pink Sheet company these days that is current with their fins. And as you said, 90% of the ones that do report are usually late with their financials. This is preciously why I limit my exposure to these type of stocks. Without transparency an investor(gambler)is basically driving in the dark. Ed wants people to think his company is on the up and up. He talks a good game, but come on, how long is he going to pussy foot around this issue with the audit? Seriously, you can only drag something out for so long. It's time for him to either put up or shut up. Stop dragging this out longer than it needs to be. Ed is the reason why this stock is in the gutter and he has the gull to say it's the gamblers fault. LOL.
