Annual report was pretty clear about an "illegal" 300million share issuance. That certainly smells like lawsuit to me.

Certainly gotta believe there's some SEC and Finra scrutiny when 300 million unauthorized shares start hitting the fan (i.e. Float).

This thing smells to high heaven.
