Well they have had legal items and apparently some change to the ultrasonic reactor and whatever FDA hurdles and possibly waiting on a lab for Andrews and EU patent. But clearly they were gearing up a need for IR, then something changed.

The only thing I can think is there are problems with cell viability with new reactor or protocol development. Question is what level of viability do you need? All the culturing and enzyme reactions and filtering, etc etc reduce viability, but it may not take a lot to be effective considering there are numerous other cells in the extracted "soup"..

Kintail, were you the one that had spoke with Jim at the beginning of the year and suggested Andrews needed about 8 weeks to report on Intellicells process? Do you recall what Andrews was evaluating if indeed this was accurate?
