Whose average is .0021? It sure isn't mine. And I am going by what they said in the shareholder letter when they stated they entered 2015 with 700K of CD's and they have added about 100K to that debt since the first of the year. There have also obviously been conversions so 3-400K of CD's left is a reasonable assumption. Certainly more reasonable that claiming they "might have an agreement with Dollar General"
