I may be wrong, but I believe this will be the final verdict in the CA suit. At least I hope it will be.

We should know within a month. Shortly afterwards options are granted. I am sure Peregrine will no longer be holding back any immaterial information.

The company should release a PR to clarify what they are holding back because of the CA case. It would certainly clear things up with regards to expectations of shareholders.
