$2 million was seized and still frozen during the raid last MAY.Bill Sears did this same thing with now defunct, VENCAP, a few years ago and went to the slammer and served time.don't kid yourself,he's running this show.His wife is Dittmens sister that runs Venture Capitol where all the pods are sold through.the feds watch real close when companies "short" their own shares.It raises all kinds of red flags and not to even mention the criminal element already there with SEARS. the only other way fusion pharm would have $2 million laying around would have been from PODS sold "under the table" somewhere.
