string, that is not the date that you want to look at, the date that you want to look at one those applications are the earlier dates, that will show you when their process started, many of the earlier dates are in the year of 2014, one of them dates back to July 2014....

where INCC just got the land in 2015....

so I am feeling really good on INCC timeline here

they still have a good chance to be growing in AUgust - but I will take September , no problem....
