Not sure why that would be an issue. Any first month law student should be able to show Wagner not only knew of customers and funds being siphoned from the company but actually participated in such. No one participating in embezzlement should be protected by any confidentiality agreement. A one week law student should be able to prove that null and void! Off with their heads! $CMGO
