There are no problems. It's a very simple concept to comprehend.

If someone puts an item into their "cart" on an online retailer site, that does not guarantee someone the rights to those items. It is the person who places the items in the cart and successfully finishes the check-out process by paying for them that is guaranteed the items. If someone finishes paying for the items before another person, and that results in the remaining inventory that was up for sale being sold-out, then the second person will get a message stating there are inventory issues.
