What??? I hope this isn't serious:

Never and now, especially would be a most inappropriate time to be late with a financial discloser. Although there could be plenty of legitimate reason, the timing would be awful in relation to any excuse.

That is complete nonsense - GRCU doesn't file audited financials - they no reporting responsibilities.

As I have pointed out Google's fiscal year ended the same as GRCU and they filed their Annual report or 10-K on January 29, 2015.

I would love to hear about the legitimate excuses for waiting until the last day to file or for being late.

Remember in Q1 they zeroed out the balance sheet because they didn't have access to the 2013 financials.

It just can't be any easier - but they still haven't filed the Annual report.

If the news was fantastic why not file as soon as possible - why take the full 90 days?
