They would love to make it run. They've been pumping it forever. Problem is, as you correctly point out - no one is buying at $.0002 and there are half a billion shares looking to get sold there.

So it's not going to run. It's going to stagnate until a reverse split. Then the price will fall and buyers will be lured back into "a lotto play" and we start again.
