Ok, maybe it is not a material event in that matter. But if you want the word to spread and to make a serious attempt to get a fair valuation of the company, anything else than a proper press release is totally insane imo.

We can not afford to not use opportunities like this to enhance shareholder value. The cost of a press release is far below the positive effects. This official channel should not be underestimated in bringing increased interest of the company.

Facebook and Twitter is not comparable at all if you want new investors to find this gem. Giving guidance and stuff like that at conference calls is a big "no no" as well.
