Pre-announcing reasonably solid prospects is common to any company. Yes Eric went too far too often in the past doing that. Not because of being a fraud to dump shares, but by being over enthusiastic resulting in overlooking the details that caused them missing the main goals. The Form 10/audits and VODWIZ were a good examples of that.
IMO he has learned to be more cautious in the future. Also we have Tom this time whom is shaping up to be a game changer.
