Conclusion without any doubt:

I think there is a whole lot of doubt with that conclusion about ERHC. No I don't believe this whole thing was orchestrated and that Ntephe and Chrome are deliberately swindling shareholders and driving the share price down. Isn't that in effect what you are saying? I'm still going with the incompetence scenario accompanied by the possibility that Chrome doesn't have nearly the money some think they do. And even if they do, they are unable to fund ERHC to the extent they wish due to other factors such as the investigations and/or the suitcase full of money. That is my conclusion and even that, as well as your conclusion, has a high degree of doubt.
