As the Wall Street Journal reports:
Analysts at Goldman Sachs said in a note that reports of progress in the negotiations increased the odds that a deal could be reached within days. The key question for the market would then be how fast the sanctions are lifted, and how soon—and how much—Iranian oil might be returning to a global market already swimming in excess supplies. The New York bank said it believes the removal of sanctions would be progressive, contingent on proven moves by Iran toward implementing the deal terms.
