They are probably going to pay off some debt first. They will have to so nothing shows on their books. As a buisness man I think that is more important for tax reasons. Mr.NEWMIN would probably agree. At some point buying shares back will have to be.
the problem is that the deal is with MCIT that is a privately owned company that doesn't have to share one penny with MCET , I have stock in another company that owns their own distribution company that distributes their product and is also the re seller its bull shit but legal in pink land.IMO
