How about : Cooper will buy EPGL and Goole will buy Cooper. It means Goole is buying EPGL through Cooper. I believe Cooper is selling byself to google . But Cooper needs more weight to buyout by google. That's why Cooper is begging for agreement with EPGL and EPGL is taking those things lightly. Google needs to buy EPGL direct. Dollars Stock.
