Absolutely - Mgt raising money plus the money freed up from the friendly financings to pay ...so that warrants are reduced 50%.

Then, the inner circle knows this and the note holders short and make money on the way down to then BUY up the shares from the weak hands selling and BAM. Probably part of the freakin leverage/discussions to do the deal in the first place.
