I know my reading of the article was somewhat negative. What I read was a very narrow focus on antibiotic use/over use. It wouldn't surprise me if the funding and studies were that narrow.

I haven't researched old PRs/IRs, but I thought Ed once expressed the EPA would be a fast track process. I may be wrong.
