On the very positive approach to the new FDA approved drug Contrave the following is noted:

Contrave is a Co-Drug in which Naltrexone is in a very minor ratio of 8mg vs 90mg Bupropion

These very elaborate FDA clinical trials since 2005 says that the combination 8mgNal/90mgBup are effective as a diet drug and hence approval by the FDA in Sept2014.
