I respectfully don't agree with any of that... there are plenty of options, but the process does have to take place...which they already announced that they are working on it...with the water engineers, lawyers, with the state department..

USING WEBER WATER BEFORE COMMERCIAL WELL can possibly be a viable option because this is the strategy on another grow farm roughly 20minutes away from the INCC grow licensee's (Eden's Garden and Finnegan's Garden)

here is the intent letter to Huerfano County in regards to this strategy:





these guys are publicy traded and their stock has already HIT $1 (it is a smaller float, I will admit) - but they are still an OTC penny stock

these guys do not have REAL ROADS yet, to get to their property
they have not started construction yet, they are still working on the permit approvals, but part of the hangup is the NO ROAD thing...


this piece of property does not have that problem (the property that INCC is leasing from FutureLand) as this property is already off of a MAIN ROAD in MajorsRanch

soon enough, these things will come to fruition in my opinion and we will be on our way...

amazing to see VNDM shorting more shares on the .0015 and .0016 on FRIDAY

another 2.8 million shares shorted on FRIDAY with virtually ALL ASK SLAPPING...
the day before on thursday was another 761,000 shares shorted with ALL ASK SLAPPING...

these MM's continue to open up short positions and we know they are NOT CLOSED because most of the ACTION was ASK SLAPPING, on friday there was one larger sell into the BID, but I know the buyer to that BID ordeer, so I know that the MM did not CLOSE a short position on that sell order either....

they continue to BUILD their SHORT position, and the closer INCC gets to their goal, the harder it will be for them to cover....

the float on INCC is pretty low compared to other subpennys, it moves fast, in my opinion these MM's are going to get caught in a squeeze and they will need to slap the ASK to get out of their shorted positions....

we will see....
