haha, sorry I just can't look at this from the PAX perspective. My expertise is more industry related. PSM vs fuel, freight, possible mail contracts, landing/takeoff fees, various certification (aircraft/other), baggage, security, catering, etc...

Start with the OTC website, then read through the various filings, etc.. You should have a much better idea after that. But don't speed through it. The facts are in the detail, boring or not. GLTY
