El Niño has to do mainly with the Pacific and has had a huge impact. I'm in CA. And I've been watching the effect for years. The last few years it has driven warmer waters up to Alaska, and has warmed the whole pacific west coast which has interrupted the jet stream, sending Arctic temperatures and precipitation (snow) to the east coast of the U.S.
Yes a lot don't ad up here - Why would Inna's PR mention WERPO; and most of all, why if we have two working plants in China were they not exemplified in the filings...
