Dr. Minger has some nice things to say about OCAT, early in his remarks. [OCAT was formerly known as ACTC]. His remarks pertain to a phase of OCAT's ESC[embryonic stem cell] research to potentially cure certain diseases of the eye that lead to blindness. AN October 2014 issue of Lancet details the status then, now scheduled to enter Phase 2.
