Those SAMP financials in this context are bogus.

First off, they represent SAMP when it was South American Properties, Inc., and LTV funding under the ticker "SAMP" long before Love and company got their fraudulent mitts into Pho House; none of those numbers that are included in the financials, and none of these financials are audited although they hired a CFO 2 years ago.

Yet another SAMP scam alert. Anybody get the ice water and napkin count for the Friday night party? Any property damage reports?
