Yes it's for WFMC shares. There are a few questions remaining and I talked about it here lately. First, how many new shares will they give out and how many can they sell from the treasury? Some here argued that they will sell shares that are already out right now. That would mean the O/S won't change much. I have no idea how that would work. The IPO price will obviously be determined by demand and supply during their road show and during the pre IPO phase, just like in a normal regular IPO. and that's why I always said that it sounds very weird to me to expect a 2 or 5 bucks IPO price if people can buy shares at 17 cents now. This all makes no sense but I guess we need to see.
