There's an old trader's saying "Buyers are quiet...Sellers are noisy" .....that also applies the other way around. Making to much noise reeks the sense of desperation. Why the rush you have all the time in the world right? ;-)

True enough.....CEHC could have a crooked broker working with a ruthless debt holder but if I were you I would be venting my anger more towards a non transparent CEO. Hope this all has a happy ending for those who went out on a limb in good faith. These pinks are never an investment only for trading and sometimes you get caught on the wrong side of the trade. In other words sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
