I don't want a RS. If Mike was to raise $80000 through the company for the money needed for the caregiver it would take 800 million shares at this PPS. Definitely not good for us. If the PPS was .001 it would only take 80 million shares. I'd think if the company could do deals like this with out outside money it would be much better for the company and the shareholders. Maybe a few of these deals done could get the PPS up and he could use company share equity to do even more. Just some food for thought.
