beachgal - At first I thought she was just inquiring re other bio picks and I myself reoommended NBIX like other INSM posters recommend other stocks on occassion; no problem. However, when she stated she was on the "regulatory end of the FDA" and seemed to imply that because of her FDA status other picks were superior to INSM, then I objected and pointed out that no FDA regulator can recommend a pick using her FDA status as authority for that violates SEC regs against market manipulation- like an insider revealing inside information. Also she posted did not know this - which re-enforced my opinion that she was not in the FDA regulatory process - and it is not relevant whether she is an employee or not; in fact it is worse if she is not an employee. The SEC enforces its regs on MBs as well as any other forum. I was not rude but just stated my view; JMHO
