Not funny at all Matt, Frank pointed out specific points that have been ongoing problems on this site from it's inception.
A decenting voice is not always a welcomed one when they are saying what you do not wish to hear, or attempting to engage you in a topic with which you do not wish to discuss.
You are 'not' always right in the decisions you make, but it's your playground you get to make the rules. You've stated in the past that you needed to totally revamp the moderator right up for instructions and rules but have not done so to my knowledge.
What you did to frank was out of line.
I know he got tripped off the line, but only because you would not talk to him about specific issues that you choose not to address.
Frank "IS" one of the sharpest tools in the shed, hell I sent you some links to two of his posts regarding a stock you were holding long before it became an issue.
Somewhere on down the line I would hope that you would rethink banning him from the site.
He was an asset to I-Hub and a friend.
