When did libel (written) and slander(verbal - misused word here) ever get a susscessful suit for reprinting a SeaTrade (major maritime and cruise publication) article. LOL
However, the comments about Turner made by the Company are obviously libel. Unfortunately, the Company does not havre any assets to go after.
Also,I guess he is "monitoring the Company" extremely well since he reviewed all three e-mails.
